I also help individuals dealing with relationship concerns as well as depression, work and other stress, grief and loss.
We are hard-wired to be closely connected by relationships that fulfill and sustain us. At times, we will be challenged to grow and change in order to strengthen and deepen these relationships. Depending on how the challenge is presented to us, we may feel angry, anxious, confused and at a loss for what to do. Therapy is one way of getting the guidance we need to face the challenge and make changes.

At the beginning of the first session, I will ask you to complete an intake form and to sign a standard consent form that clarifies expectations for therapy. We will then get to work and talk about what brought you in and what you would like to achieve.
